Chur, the staff were super friendly and helped heaps! The breakfast was a bit basic, but the location near Montmartre was good.

The location of the hotel was very good, right near one of the main metro lines in the city. Breakfast was basic each day but was convenient for us as it set us up for a busy day of sightseeing. The bed was very very comfortable although they do only supply one pillow per person! The hotel staff spoke good English so communication was easy, they helped us with all queries. The room, although small, was tidy and the room as a whole was clean but basic. Would recommend to anyone who was going on a sightseeing tour and intended to spend more time out of the hotel than in! Makes a very good base camp!
The room had no air conditioning so got very warm, this was easily fixed by opening a window however it then became very noisy right through the night. This luckily did not affect us as we were so tired from our day we slept through, however if you are not that tired it could become quite annoying! The bathroom on occasion smelt of sewers which was not pleasant but you can keep the smell out of the bedroom by keeping the door closed!

Very kind reception staff and they speak russian!
We were not warned about repairing works at the outside part of the hotel. The workers began to make noise just outside the windows from 8:40 pm and we even couldn't open it just not to see their feet.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Metro Anvers. Unfortunately, the shower had poor water pressure.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff
They were very stingy with the breakfast. This was included in the price but there was no choice, quite an insulting start in Paris. No Cheese, No Hot food. However the lady who serves it is great and friendly. I requested a double bed room, but when I arrived was given a twin bed room as the view was better. This needs to be clarified whilst booking

The location was excellent in the very very nice area. The room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned with fresh fruit and shower for a fine stay. The service was efficient, just like I expected. I didn't want to say goodbye and would have stayed for longer.

Location is very good, subway nearby and, for those that like to walk like me, is possible to walk to River Sena in 35 minutes.
The hotel is too much outdated for the price, it needs urgent reformation. No sound protection in the rooms, so I had been waking up everytime someone get out of the elevator.

Close to metro stations, daily cleaning of rooms, unique local shopping opportunities
Rooms were too small!!! Noise levels from thin walls impacted comfort!!! Lift services were sluggish and clunky!!! Inconsistent heating control led to discomfort!!! Cleaning standards may need improvement!!!

Travelling with friends this hotel was an excellent choice. Perfect location. Lately renovated and neet hotel. Beautiful - yes! beautiful room and surprisingly big bathroom (in 3 peers room). I was surprised about the standard because i was expecting something lower. Very good value for money. I would stay again at this hotel when traveling to Paris next time.

easy access to iconic attractions and local eateries
I loved that I could stroll to the iconic Sacré-Cœur in under 15 minutes and enjoy cozy meals at local cafes just a few steps from the hotel. Having such close proximity to famous sights means you can really dive into the city without worrying about transport times.

The location was the best part of my stay only 10mins from Gare du Nord and 20mins into the centre of Paris!
The hotel should have informed guests it was being renovated when booking - however once this process has been complete the hotel should be much better

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Subway, Sacre Coeur. Lovely clean rooms.
Door was difficult to shut, lack of hot water between 7am - 8am.
